I'm behind! So a couple weeks ago we went on a little overnight trip to visit our friends Jen and Erik. We've known them as long as Brian and I have known each other because we all met at Interlochen! Another happy couple! Right now they live in Charlotte, NC, about 2.5 hours away. Charlotte is awesome. We were SO impressed with their downtown. I think I've seen more of Charlotte's downtown than Raleigh's but from what I have seen, Charlotte is way cooler. And they have an Ikea! The day we were there, the Ikea cafeteria was serving a plate with mashed potatoes and gravy and 10 meatballs for 99 cents. Our lucky day!!! We had a great time and if anybody has the chance to move to Charlotte, do it. It's awesome!
