Dear April,
It's been a good one! A big trip to Texas, a quick trip to the Outer Banks, beautiful weather, exercising, bike rides, yard work, grilling, not 1, but 2 dates to the movies with Brian, teeth cleanings, and later today Target, haircut, and the symphony! Of course there was the time we passed a cold around the entire family and Elliott had pneumonia on Easter, and someone nearly won an audition but didn't, but I'll try to forget about those days.
Dear May,
After a beautiful April, we have some expectations for you. We plan to buy a new (to us) car next week. It's been a long 18 months as a one car family. It's going to be life changing to once again, be able, with great ease, to meet friends at parks, go to storytime, or go to a museum spontaneously. Hopefully May will bring some closer friendships. In other plans, we hope to go to the beach again, visit our Charlotte friends, make it to the awesome museum in Durham we've always heard about, maybe a Cinco de Mayo party?, and make some tasty items when I host recipe group.
