Shower Power

Since moving into our current residence we have had horrible showers. The temperature is plenty hot but for the last 4 months we've hardly had any water pressure. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day or what major appliance has/hasn't been run previously. We even soaked the shower head in vinegar overnight by attaching a ziploc filled with vinegar around it with a rubberband. Having no water pressure means that your showers must be longer because it takes 6 times as long to get shampoo out of your hair. It also means that the water must be hotter, therefore drying out your skin, to try to keep you warm under the 5 trickles of water. Our kitchen sink sprayer has more water pressure. Too bad there's not a drain in the kitchen floor....j/k.

But NO MORE! Yesterday, my husband took the shower head off and discovered a piece of tape was covering half the flow. Now, we are enjoying showers that are quite adequate. You know, it's the little things...

Don't you just love it when it is a simple fix, but hate it when you realize how long you lived with it?
Go have yourself a nice, powerful long shower!

Man! Too bad you didn't figure it out earlier. At least it was easy and cheap to repair!

That's funny.

"All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players: They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts" ...and in the wings of my stage, there is music.
